Toolbox - a unique system to manage your sub-contractors
Following extensive client research, Lampier have developed a unique system named ‘Toolbox' to respond to what it found to be contractors' major risk - a lack of adequate cover for sub-contractors. The raft of health and safety legislation and duty of care obligations could leave those caught under-insured in substantial financial difficulty.
The Toolbox system is designed to:
- Confirm that subcontractors are adequately covered
- Inform contractors of sub-contractors financial limits and policy expiry dates
- Decipher the often complex policy restrictions/wording
- Send automatic e-mail reminders alerting the contactor that sub-contractor policies are due for renewal
- Help contractors comply with health and safety regulations
