Following a survey of 12,000 clients and 1,100 staff, Investor in Customers (IIC) has awarded Jelf Group plc, which encompasses Lampier, its "outstanding" two star status, a strong endorsement of the Group's client service culture.

The results form a firm foundation on which to build towards its goal of achieving 3 star status by 2011.
