Simon started his insurance career at 18 with independent broker W J Shore & Co Ltd.  He joined Redcliffe Associates in 1993 who in turn became part of the Lampier Group at the end of 1999.  In 2008 Simon took his present position of Managing Director of Lampier, a role he balances with continued client facing activity
