Before starting his own Insurance Brokerage, C.W.R. Constable & Co, in 1978, Clive spent over 17 years working with various Insurance companies in London, Maidstone and Bristol.   Since the acquisition of Constables in 2003, Clive has taken on the vital role of Operations and Training Director for Lampier.  Clive passionately believes that the key to first class customer service is quality staff, quality management and quality training. His role enables him to direct and influence continuing improvement in an already first class internal team.
